So I kept seeing this cheesecake on the cover of Gourmet magazine, mocking me with it's blackberry-ness, and it's creamy sweet goodness, and this weekend I finally caved, and made it to bring to my mom and sister, and sister's family.
It was DAMN fine cheesecake. Damn fine. I'll probably be making again for my former boss's BBQ this coming weekend. Cuz really, who wouldn't be impressed with this tasty dessert?
Oh, and that's my mom's hand in the background. Hello, mom. Ya nut.
