Sesame Ginger Dressing and Marinade

 1 2-inch knob of ginger, peeled and chopped roughly

4-6 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce

2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil

1/4 cup rice or coconut vinegar

Juice of 2 medium limes

Red pepper flakes to taste


Use a stick blender to mix ingredients. Use part to marinate some protein (chicken, steak, tofu) and the rest over chopped cabbage salad
